National Association of Appraisers (NAA) is a non-profit 501c(6) professional association that is dedicated to advocating for the interests of professional appraisers, providing timely accurate information and professional development. NAA publishes an on-line newsletter, Appraiser e-News and our magazine, Appraiser Focus.
We at Appraiser eLearning like to be different. Our mission is simple: we’re here to put a new spin on Appraiser training and continuing education. We aim to make it enjoyable and interesting by integrating the latest technology and multimedia into our courses. It’s our understanding that, by creating and delivering products we believe in, we are able to fill a long-standing void in the appraisal training industry. Specifically, we are here to NOT be boring.
As professional appraisers and appraisal instructors, we are well aware that CE for appraisers can be painful and dull. Our courses are not the traditional click-through-to-your-certificate offerings you might be used to. We seek out the best instructors in the business, produce content with them, and deliver a finished product that you can take online, from the comfort of your own home. Come check out what we are doing that sets us apart.
The Association of Texas Appraisers (ATA) was founded in 2006 in New Braunfels, TX. Our mission is to promote a higher standard of integrity and professionalism in the appraisal industry, to serve as an industry wide clearinghouse, to provide opportunities to share appraisal industry practices and to build a network of associates with expertise across the state.
Join co-hosts, the National Association of Appraisers and Appraiser eLearning, at the 7th annual Appraiser's Conference and Trade Show (ACTS). Our next ACTS conference will be held April 5-8 in San Antonio, TX.
San Antonio is the second most populous city in Texas, with about 1.4 million people. It is the seventh most populous city in the United States. The city is known for The Alamo, and the River Walk along the small San Antonio River that flows through the middle of the city. San Antonio, also known by such titles as the Alamo City, the Mission City, the River City, and Military City, U.S.A. (which the city trademarked in 2017), has a 300-year history that stretches back to Spanish Texas with the establishment of a presidio, town, and five Franciscan missions along the San Antonio River. San Antonio is also home to two amusement parks, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio.
