Jake’s professional background includes certification as a Certified Residential Appraiser, which provides him with a deep understanding of the appraisal industry. His expertise is further demonstrated through his role as a Board Member for the Real Estate Appraisers Board (LARA) in Michigan, where he contributes to the development and implementation of industry standards.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree, Jake combines his academic background with practical experience to drive innovation and excellence in the real estate sector.
