Jeff Bradford

Jeff Bradford is the founder and CEO of Bradford Technologies, a company providing appraisal software for over 37 years. Recognized as a leader in innovation, he was awarded the prestigious Valuation Visionary award by the Collateral Risk Network in 2014 and in 2015 he was recognized as a Tech All-Star by the Mortgage Bankers Association. Jeff is a featured speaker and moderator at mortgage and appraisal conferences, and has authored numerous articles covering a wide range of topics, most recently the digital transformation of appraisal data.

Bradford Technologies has been recognized as a Top 50 Service Provider or a Top 100 Most Innovative company in the mortgage industry every year since 2011. The company was awarded the 2015 Innovation Award by Progress in Lending for its analytical contributions to the valuation field.

Today, Jeff is focused on developing cloud-based valuation systems for appraiser teams to work cohesively to produce more supportable valuations quicker and more efficiently.
Jeff holds three master’s degrees: one in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Computer Science and an MBA from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. His undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Prior to founding Bradford Technologies, Jeff worked at companies such as Apple Computer, Structural Dynamics Research and FMC Central Engineering Labs.
