Sunday - 7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Appraiser Trainee Field Trip ($20)

Sunday - Noon to 2:30 p.m. - Appraiser Diversity Initiative Workshop (Free)

Sunday - 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Session (Free)

This event will be held at Rock & Brews. The cost for this event is $30 and is open to all trainees and supervisors.

Welcome to an exciting learning opportunity! This field trip is designed for appraiser trainees to dive deep into the process of analyzing and measuring new homes within a vibrant new home community.

The primary aim of this trip is to provide hands-on experience in evaluating new residential properties. Trainees will get practical exposure to the techniques and tools used in measuring, analyzing, and documenting various aspects of new homes.

If you are planning to attend this Field Trip, please wear closed-toe shoes or work boots. If needed, plastic shoe/boot covers will be provided. You will be required to sign a waiver before visiting the construction site.
